Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Every Sweetees order is prepared with care! Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options for eligible U.S. orders:

• Standard Shipping: $7.50

• FREE Standard Shipping: Orders of $100 or more

• Priority Shipping: $13.00

• Priority Express Shipping: $35.00

Free standard shipping applies to eligible domestic orders with a merchandise subtotal of $100 or more, before taxes and shipping charges.

International Shipping

Sweetees offers international shipping to select destinations. Available shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates unless otherwise indicated at checkout.

Expedited Shipping

Selecting Priority or Priority Express shipping does not shorten our standard 5–7-business-day order processing time.

Expedited shipping applies to transit after your order has shipped. Delivery estimates may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, when available.
