Please allow 2-4 business days processing time for first class orders to ship. If you select Priority shipping at checkout, your order will ship within 1-2 business days. These 1-2 business days are in addition to the time it takes for your package to arrive.
*Per the USPS website, as of 4/17/20 USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day service) has been extended to 3-4 days. This does not affect Priority Mail Express.
Orders that include preorder items will not ship until all the items have arrived. The expected ship date for each preorder item can be found in either the product description or in the title of each size. That date means that we do not have the item on hand and will not until on or before the expected ship date.
Cancellations on pending orders cannot be made after 24 hours have passed. Once you receive your order you may process a return or exchange but orders cannot be cancelled after the 24 hour window.
We offer a rewards program where customers receive one point for every dollar spent. To sign in and view your rewards, click the shopping bag icon on the bottom right of every page. Please make sure you log in using your email address for every order to receive these points. We will not adjust points on rewards accounts for previous orders. RETURNS + EXCHANGES POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please inspect your item as soon as you receive it. We cannot exchange or return an item once it has been washed.
To complete your return or exchange please notify us via email at email@example.com before you mail us back your product. If you have already emailed us before you read this then you do not need to email us again.
Please include the following information in your return package: first and last name on the order, email, and order number.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
We charge a 10% restocking fee & initial shipping charges are non refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 5-7 business days to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We do accept exchanges. To exchange your item you will need to email us and let us know that you are wanting to exchange your item before mailing it back. (unless you have already emailed us) Once we receive your item in the mail we will email you within 5-7 business days with a checkout code worth the dollar amount of your exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you want an exchange you are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
Only regular priced items may be refunded & exchanged. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. These items would be found on the "Last Chance" page or are labeled "Limited Edition".

Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production. To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
