Please allow 4-5 business days processing time for First Class orders to ship. If you select Priority or Priority Express shipping at checkout, your order will ship within 1-2 business days. These 1-2 business days are in addition to the time it takes for your package to arrive. If your order includes a preorder item, it will not ship until that item arrives (even if you choose priority shipping). 

Priority shipping guarantees that USPS will deliver your package within 2-3 days. We are not responsible for any delays with USPS and will not refund shipping costs for their delay.   
Priority Mail® Insurance (for merchandise) is provided automatically up to $100

Once your package is in the hands of USPS, we have access to the same information as the customer. If your tracking has not updated in 7 business days, we would recommend completing a Missing Mail Search Request by going to https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm. This will prompt USPS to search for your package and in most cases it is found within a few days. 

To qualify for free domestic shipping, the total before shipping must exceed $150. Once the subtotal meets the minimum, free first class shipping will appear as an option.
International Shipping - SWEETEES Apparel is not responsible for any additional customs fees and or taxes.
Route protection is available to insure your order in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged.  It covers all the items in your order except shipping cost, taxes, Customs fees & duties.  If you choose to forgo route protection- your order is NOT insured. Sweetees Apparel will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged orders and can not replace or refund your order. 


Orders that include preorder items will not ship until all the items have arrived. The expected ship date for each preorder item can be found in either the product description or in the title of each size. That date means that we do not have the item on hand and will not until on or before the expected ship date.

As of 3/16/22, we no longer allow order changes to be made once an order has been placed. This includes changes to the order such as sizes/styles/colors, shipping address, payment methods- etc. Please double check your cart prior to placing your order. 
Order cancellations cannot be guaranteed. We will do our best to cancel an order for you if the order is still pending fulfillment. Once a pre-shipment label has been created your order can not be canceled. Cancellation requests made after 4pm on Friday- can not be honored as we are closed until Monday at 10am and it is possible your order will be shipped before the request is received by the fulfillment center. 
   If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address being entered at checkout, we will gladly resend your package as soon as we receive it. There is a reshipment fee of $7.00 which will cover standard shipping for your order. 

We offer a rewards program where customers receive one point for every dollar spent. To sign in and view your rewards, click the shopping bag icon on the bottom right of every page. Please make sure you log in using your email address for every order to receive these points. We will not adjust points on rewards accounts for previous orders. Please inspect your items before wearing or washing. If your item is damaged or defective, please send an email to hello@sweetees.us within 7 days of delivery. Please include pictures of the damaged item as well as your order number (found on your packing slip). If you receive an incorrect item, please email us with pictures and your order number within 7 days of delivery so we can correct the issue as soon as possible. If there is an error on our part, the customer will not be responsible for paying shipping to return the items.


We will accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging their item unless there is an error on our part.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please inspect your item as soon as you receive it. We cannot exchange or return an item once it has been washed.
Please include the following information in your return package: first and last name on the order, email, and order number. 

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Initial shipping charges are non refundable. We charge a 10% Restocking Fee for all returns. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your return within 7-10 business days. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We do accept exchanges. To exchange your item you will need to use the link provided (https://www.sweetees.us/a/service?) to request an exchange. Once we receive your item in the mail we will approve or deny your exhange within 7-10 business days.

Please read the following information prior to initiating a return or an exchange:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you want an exchange you are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded & exchanged. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. These items would be found on the "Clearance/Sale" page or are labeled "Limited Edition".
  • Limited Edition and Mystery Items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Seasonal/Holiday Items are not eligible for returns. Exchanges on these items may be made if the item is post marked for return 10 days before the holiday. 
  • Headwear and Masks are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. 
  • Donation tees are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Denim jeans qualify for returns and exchanges ONLY if the original tags are still attached. We will not accept jeans without the original tags.
  • Intimate items are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes bramis and bodysuits.
